The Graduate Administration Office provides services for current graduate students, staff and faculty. 

Access to in-person support can be requested at the front counter. Please note we have limited staff available for in-person service and encourage students to e-mail their requests and inquiries to grad-office@unbc.ca, or to book an appointment.

Support through the virtual office may be accessed here (opens in Zoom) during normal hours of operation by appointment. You may request an appointment for a virtual meeting session during regular hours of operation by emailing grad-office@unbc.ca noting your requested time(s) and date(s) or availability.

Hours of Operation 

Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The office is closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

Virtual and in-person support is available during regular hours of operation.

Closed on all statutory holidays and during UNBC closures noted in the calendar.
