SPRING 2014 Group Fitness Schedules:
Free Drop-in Volleyball at the NSC starts Wednesday, May 7, 2014!
Introducing two new drop-in group fitness classes, starting in May 2014!
BRICK Training will be an indoor cycle and run combination class, geared towards preparing for the Prince George Triathlon and Storm the Hill duathlon. Transition skills will be practiced along with the conditioning workouts. Training will still be balanced and instruction will be provided for all levels of participants
OBSTACLE RACE TRAINING
Our signature FIT Camps will become obstacle race training group fitness classes from May-August 2014. These will be bootcamps geared towards preparing people to participate in the Tough Mudder and Spartan summer events. Training will be “sport” specific but no one participating will be obligated to register and race in an event.

July & August
Monday to Friday: 5:30am - 9:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am - 7:00pm
