The Northern Sport Centre collects, uses, retains discloses and disposes of personal information in accordance with the FOIPPA.

The Northern Sport Centre will only collect the personal information you provide to identify you and allow facility access. It is also used to for payment of membership fees. You agree by signing the Northern Sport Centre Household Agreement that the personal information you provide is accurate.  You agree to inform us if corrections or changes need to be made and provide accurate replacement information.  

You may access your own information in person at the Northern Sport Centre by presenting your government issued photo identification.  When you require another individual to access your personal information, you must authorize the third party access.  The information which you authorize to release must be specifically stated. 

The individual must also present government issued photo identification when that individual requests the specified information.
