• The main UNBC campus is located in Prince George, British Columbia.

  • UNBC's South Central Campus is located in Quesnel, BC and serves a region from 100 Mile House to Valemount to Burns Lake, BC.

  • UNBC's Northwest Region features two campuses, one in Terrace, BC and one in Prince Rupert, BC. These campuses serve a region stretching from Houston, to the Nass Valley, and Haida Gwaii.

  • UNBC's Peace-River Liard Campus is located in Fort St. John, in northeastern British Columbia. The campus serves a region including Dawson Creek, Grande Prairie, Alberta, Whitehorse, Yukon and all points in between.

Campuses

The University of Northern British Columbia is unique in its northern and regional mandate. It is a university "in and for the north" and it is committed to serve the needs of northern people and significantly amongst northern people, First Nations people.

Regional Operations is the prime agent within UNBC to fulfill the northern, regional and First Nations community mandates. Regional Operations will forge partnerships with other units of the University and with external partners to achieve those mandates.
