Diverse perspectives lead to improved research results
School of Business Associate Professor Dr. Kafui Monu has seen the benefits of having more diverse voices engaged in research, both in the quality of the studies and how the knowledge is mobilized.
JDC West delegation finds success through perseverance
Not only did the team captains generate enough interest for UNBC to send 10 teams to the 2023 JDC West Competition in January, but the delegation captured four trophies at the three-day event which attracts the top business students from across Western Canada.
Young entrepreneur looks to pave path for others
UNBC student Kyndra Farrell won a Face of Today Scholarship and a Fellowship from the Herrendorf Family Foundation. The Bachelor of Commerce student is putting that support to good use this summer as she works to create a pilot project aimed at encouraging young people in rural communities to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.
