ITS Maintenance/Information for this week:
This is your weekly digest of system maintenance/information and downtime. Papercut Upgrade: Tuesday, May 20th || Time: 4:00pm to 6:00am

During this maintenance, printing/scanning/copying will be unavailable.
F5 Upgrade: Thursday, May 22nd || Time: 8:00pm to 12:00am
During this maintenance, users may experience service interruptions on the following applications:
- Banner
- FAST
- VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
- Ellucian Experience (Student Portal)
Palo Alto Patching- Monday, May 26th
- Updates to the firewall on VPN3 requires a VPN Outage starting at 5:00pm for up to 1 hour. This VPN is limited to specific groups and people.
- Updates to the firewall on VPN2 will cause Network Interruptions starting at 10:00pm for up to 2 hours. This is the main UNBC community VPN.
Important Note: During an outage of the Firewall on VPN 2, the network is functionally offline. All access to UNBC resources will be unavailable.
