ITS Maintenance/Information for this week:

 This is your weekly digest of system maintenance/information and downtime. All notices are also posted on the myUNBC Student Portal (Ellucian Experience), gounbc.sharepoint.com for Employees, support.unbc.ca and on unbc.ca /its. Please see one of these locations for maintenance notices.


ITS Maintenance Notice: Tuesday, January 30th || Time: 10:30am

VPN Update: ITS will be performing an update to the Virtual Private Network (Global Protect). Users will receive a prompt to download the newest version of Global Protect the next time they connect to the VPN.


ITS Maintenance Notice: Tuesday, January 30th || Time: 10:00pm

VPN Upgrade: ITS will be performing an upgrade to the Virtual Private Network (Global Protect). Users will experience interruptions when connecting to the VPN following the maintenance.


ITS Maintenance Notice: Wednesday, January 31st  || Time: 6:30am – 7:00am

Building 8 Network Maintenance: ITS will be performing maintenance on the network in Building 8 (Teaching Laboratory) from 6:30am – 7:00am, users will experience connection interruptions during this maintenance window.


ITS Maintenance Notice: Thursday, February 1st || Time: 6:30am – 7:00am

Building 3 Network Maintenance: ITS will be performing maintenance on the network in Building 3 (Charles J McCaffray Hall) from 6:30am – 7:00am, users will experience connection interruptions during this maintenance window.


ITS Maintenance Notice: Thursday, February 1st  || Time: 8:00pm – 10:00pm
