UNBC's Extended Health, Dental, and Vision Claims. If you have a
question regarding a claim, contact them toll free at
1-800-663-1356 or through their website www.datownley.ca. Claim forms are available there, at the Human Resources office, or at our Forms site.

Your EAP program provides confidential, professional counselling
for a broad range of personal and family problems. Together, you and your
dependents can receive short-term counselling from a professional counsellor
either in person, over the phone, or through the Homewood Human Solutions web site.
