Biography

Hi, thank you for checking out my bio.  My name is Maria Walsh and I have been working at Counselling Services with the Wellness Centre for the last 25 years. I am still very passionate about the work I do and the learning that comes from interacting with my clients. My areas of interest are global well-being with a major focus on mindfulness, neurological processes related to change capacity, self-esteem/efficacy, mental health, integrationist theory, and trauma informed practice.
