Biography

I work with clients to create safe, relational spaces where you can grapple and struggle to make sense of life while a student at UNBC.

It has been my privilege to “come along side” students at UNBC for the past 10 years in building mental health skills, discovering their unique selves, and enhancing their academic goals. I am passionate about helping students notice their possibilities, build self-compassion, and develop skills for their well-being.  

I look forward to connecting and sharing the journey of student life!
