Biography

I am a social geographer. I studied the suburbanization of immigration. I am interested in studying urban and social geography with an emphasis on migration processes and their impacts on the urban and ethnic communities and neighbourhood structures of Canadian cities. I worked with Dr. Carlos Teixeira at the University of British Columbia. I have a diverse background including a Master of Arts degree in Urban Affairs Management and a Bachelor of Engineering. My interest in social matters was the primary reason of this shift from a degree in Engineering to human geography.
