Allergies and Dietary Accommodations

UNBC Veggie TrayIn the first few weeks of the semester, it is essential that you work with staff to ensure your dietary needs are addressed. The UNBC Food Services Director and/or Executive Chef will work with students to offer a range of options suitable for many different dietary needs. This can include bringing in specialty products and preparing custom meals.

All Meal Plans provide for a range of diets and preferences such as low-calorie, low-cholesterol, low-carbohydrate, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, and vegetarian. We have a very structured menu cycle to ensure students have all their nutritional needs met.

If you have food sensitivities, we encourage you to review the menus and request additional information if needed. The daily menus with nutritional values and ingredients can be found on the Dine On Campus website.

If you are a student with severe dietary concerns, please reach out to our Food Services Director and/or Executive Chef to discuss your meal options.
