Parchment Information

You need to complete the online RSVP form in order to be able to receive your parchment, as well as pay any outstanding fees. Click here if you need instructions on how to RSVP unbc.ca/convocation/checklist

Parchment Mailing

Instructions:

  1. Indicate you will not be attending the ceremony on the online RSVP form.
  2. Confirm correct address at time of mailing in June (cannot just be a PO Box).
  3. Provide a phone number where you can be reached during business hours.
  4. Submit form by the deadline.

Note: Delivery times vary depending on mailing address.

Please note we will not be able to forward parchments to any student who has outstanding fees. You are responsible to confirm that all outstanding fees are paid by contacting the Cashier’s Office at cashier@unbc.ca or 250-960-5631.


Certified Copies

UNBC issues only ONE parchment to each graduate. Upon request, the Office of the Registrar will certify a “True Copy” of a parchment for submission to an employer or a foreign government.

If you require a certified copy of your parchment, please contact the Office of the Registrar. You must fill out the Certified True Copy form and submit along with corresponding fee.
