Please choose the roles that interest you: *
7:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Greet graduands and guests, answer questions, assist with way-finding.
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Greet and assist those who need to access the elevator.
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Manage the flower table and stroller drop-offs and pickups.
7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Greet and assist graduands with hood pinning.
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Welcome guests, provide directions as needed.
7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Direct graduands and guests to correct parking lots as they enter campus.
7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Greet graduands and assist them with writing out their names phonetically.
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Assist the Information Leads with communicating information within the Northern Sport Centre (NSC) and between the NSC and campus, picking up and dropping off items as needed.
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Assist guests with seating, inquiries during the ceremony, and safely exiting the Northern Sport Centre.
If applicable, please provide details regarding any requirements you have that may impact your ability to perform certain tasks. This will be taken into consideration when choosing your assignment.

T-shirts are provided to Event Assistants depending on the assigned role.
Gown size: *
Gowns are provided to Event Assistants depending on the assigned role.

You are required to obtain approval from your manager to sign up as an Event Assistant. Your role will be incorporated into your work day. Choosing to participate outside of your regular work hours is considered volunteer work.
