Insights Discovery uses a language of colour that is simple to understand and remember. That means people can continue to use the Insights Discovery terminology on a daily basis, which is vital when conflicts arise, team dynamics change or there is a change in leadership.

Insights Discovery is a simple and accessible four colour model that helps us to understand ourselves and others. Every person has all four colour energies within them; it is the combination of these energies which creates each unique personality. Our colour energies refer to a set of characteristics that tend to be our most preferred or most natural way to be.

The workshop will utilize Insights Explore which uses a web application comprehensive self-assessment tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. You will be sent an email and be asked to complete a simple evaluator which should only take 10-15 minutes. Once the evaluator is completed you will be sent your Insights Explore Profile.

Your Insights Discovery Explore Profile will not be read by anyone else, you will receive a app that will be used in the session, and you will decide what information you want to share with others.

The students benefit from having a language to describe their approach to work and communication, as well as from understanding more about how they have an impact on others. Collaboration, engagement, customer interaction and long-term success can all be positively impacted by increasing self-awareness.

This course is being delivered virtually with live instruction and interaction. It can be taken on its own or as a component of the Supervisor Fundamentals Certificate.
