Sir Andrew Burns, British High Commissioner to Canada, will be presenting a public talk tomorrow as part of a visit to UNBC:
Sir Andrew Burns has been High Commissioner to Canada since August, 2000. He joined the Diplomatic Service in 1965, and has had postings in New Delhi, Bucharest, Washington, New York, and Israel. He was the first British Consul-General to Hong Kong, following the transfer of sovereignty to China.
