The region attracts travellers with wilderness and eco-adventures, hunting and fishing, as well as excellent year-round sports facilities. Students can take courses in Fort St. John, a number of northeastern communities as well as in Grande Prairie, Alberta and Whitehorse, Yukon.
Student accommodation is available thru Northern Lights College Student Housing in Fort St. John and Dawson Creek. Undergraduate programs are available at the Fort St. John campus in the areas of Nursing, Social Work, and in partnership with Northern Lights College undergraduate courses sufficient upgrading to UNBC Bachelors Degree programs.
