  Northern Collaborative Baccalaureate
Nursing Program (NCBNP)

The NCBNP is offered collaboratively by UNBC, College of New Caledonia (CNC), and Northwest Community College (NWCC). The integrated program of studies leads to a Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN), awarded by UNBC. Students currently have the option of pursuing their Nursing education in Prince George, Quesnel, and Terrace.

Graduates are eligible to write the Canadian Registered Nurse examinations and apply for registration with the Registered Nurses Association of BC after passing the exam.

Graduates of this program will be well grounded in
current nursing practice with an emphasis on one of
acute care nursing, rural nursing, community health, or First Nations health, and will be prepared for the
changing context of health care and health care delivery.
