Submit the Space Booking Form at least 3 business days prior to your first event date. A Booking Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
Forms can be submitted by UNBC Departments, NUGSS Student-led Organizations, or NBCGSS Executive Members. The person/department listed on the form is responsible for ensuring spaces are set up as requested, greeting and hosting guests, and arranging catering and audio-visual needs, if required.
Room bookings may change until the academic schedule is finalized and/or the exam period is scheduled. You will be notified if a conflict arises.
