Our workshops explore key themes including anti-oppression, unconscious bias, inclusive language, accessibility practices, and strategies for creating respectful, welcoming spaces. Each session blends foundational knowledge with practical guidance, making them accessible to individuals at all levels of EDI understanding.

Workshops are offered in person and are currently being adapted into digital formats to meet the evolving needs of our community. Whether you’re looking to support inclusive teaching, improve team dynamics, or reflect on your own social positioning, OEI workshops provide a supportive environment for growth.

We regularly collaborate with departments, student groups, and campus partners to offer customized sessions that meet specific goals or respond to emerging issues. As participation continues to grow, we’re excited to expand our offerings and increase accessibility through online delivery.

To book a workshop or inquire about upcoming opportunities, please contact us at edi@unbc.ca.
