For resource requests, departments and individuals can contact us at edi@unbc.ca or visit us in Offices 151A and 151B. To give our team sufficient time to research and prepare any necessary documents or materials, we recommend submitting requests at least four weeks before the resources are needed.
Resource Provision
Departments and individuals regularly connect with our office to request guidance and resources related to accessibility and equity work. This includes support in understanding and implementing accessibility best practices, as well as navigating relevant legislation and standards at both the provincial (BC) and federal (Canada) levels. Our goal is to help the UNBC community create more inclusive environments that align with current legal obligations and principles of equitable access.
