Members are invited to bring a friend or family member to the Northern Sport Centre for free every Friday in February!
Four Fridays: February 7, 14, 21, 28 to choose from or do all of them!
Drop-in classes scheduled on Fridays are: Cardio n' Core, Yin Yoga, Boomer Fit, Gentle Yoga and Yoga. Recreation North activities offered: Basketball, Volleyball, and Pickleball. Or just walk the track, lift some weights or do the cardio machines.
Members must be an active NSC member to be eligible (your membership cannot be on hold).
No limits on daily visits however only one guest per member, per visit.
Guests can enter to win a three month membership!
