The Strategy and Transformation Department is committed to helping shape the future of UNBC by developing and implementing strategy for the Finance & Administrative Services (FAS) portfolio that drives change and fosters long-term growth aligned with UNBC’s strategic direction. This team works closely with all areas of the FAS portfolio as we move through a period of organizational transformation, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve. By evaluating trends, setting clear objectives, and crafting actionable plans, this department ensures that UNBC remains adaptive and progressive in its approach. It also leads the charge in implementing an FAS Service Excellence Strategy to uplift the overall university experience.
