Late/Paper Applications

Late applications will be accepted for the programs listed below only until their respective deadline. Late applications are not eligible for the UNBC Graduate Entrance Scholarship or the UNBC Graduate Entrance Research Scholarship. Late applications are not recommended for international students as we cannot guarantee an admission decision in sufficient time to obtain a study permit.

If you wish to submit a late application for September 2020 semester you need to apply by paper. Please fill out the Application For Graduate Admission, and submit the completed application with the required supporting application materials to graduate-admissions@unbc.ca.

Late applications for the January 2021 can still be submitted online through EPBC, please see below which programs are accepting late applications for January 2021.

Online applications for May 2021 and September 2021 will be opening the beginning of May 2020 with application deadline of Dec 15, 2020

Reference Letters

You will need to contact three people to provide reference letters or assessment reports for you. When a paper application is submitted, UNBC does not e-mail the referees to request references.

The reference letters or assessment reports must be submitted directly from the person who wrote the reference. They can submit by:
