What is TEDxUNBC?

X=independently organized event.

TEDx events are self-organized, local programs meant to share in a TED-like experience. TEDxUNBC started in January of 2017 on the campus of the University of Northern British Columbia in Prince George, BC. TEDxUNBC was the first to bring this type of event so far north and our plan is to grow the event within our community.  Our team is dedicated to the spirit of ideas worth spreading, and it is our goal to inspire, stimulate and create discussion through high-impact talks in our home town.

Our Theme

Our talks are based on the concept of what our future might look like. For TEDxUNBC’s second event we will be exposing some of those ideas with our theme “Past the Future.”

In our efforts to be more green by increasing sustainability and reducing waste we will NOT be printing the program. Please download the 2019 program for event details and schedule.
