The UNBC Student Planners’ Association’s mission is to enhance the overall learning of planning students by practicing specific professional skills, fostering community involvement, and by creating and enhancing relationships between students and the professional planning community, UNBC, and the public.

UNBC SPA is a student club founded in 2000.  Membership is open to both planning and non-planning students and follows membership guidelines outlined by NUGSS. UNBC SPA welcomes students from a variety of backgrounds with interests in natural resources planning, northern and rural community planning,  first nations community planning, environmental planning, and related disciplines. UNBC SPA members receive email updates on major club activities.

• Attend the weekly club meeting. UNBC SPA club meetings are open to all members! Drop in to take part or if you want to talk about something specific (event ideas, etc.) email us to get on the agenda.
