On Saturday, April 2, 2011, Terry O'Reilly, the host of CBC Radio's "The Age of Persuasion" will be the speaker at the Seventh Annual Dr. Bob Ewert Dinner and Lecture, which supports the Northern Medical Programs Trust.

O'Reilly's presentation is entitled Persuading the Heart.

"If you want to truly connect with patients or customers, you must make them feel your message, not just understand it," says O'Reilly.  "Most decisions are made 80% with the heart, and only 20% with the head."

Join Terry O'Reilly at the Prince George Civic Centre as he demonstrates how emotion, empathy, and creative ideas overrule logic.
