Summer Research Assistant Positions Available
Dr. Phil Burton is looking for three part-time field assistants to help him, his students and his colleagues with ecological research in northwestern BC this summer.
Preference will be given to students, but other community members are also invited to apply. All work is outdoors and involves some travel (day trips or longer) from Terrace.

- Ecological Field Research Assistant – Vegetation on Abandoned Road Surfaces, ca. 3 weeks continuous work.
- Ecological Field Reseach Assistant – Vegetation of Recently Deglaciated Terrain, ca. 7 weeks work, with hiking and camping in remote locations
- Ecological Field Research Assistant – Vegetation of the Nisga’a Lava Beds, ca. 2 weeks continuous work in August, and intermittently throughout the summer.
