Winter 2020 programs start Monday, January 6 and the schedule will be released December 16.
For an additional fee, we offer unique Registered Programs and Specialized Small Group Training such as Women on Weights and Fusion Strength. These smaller group programs are perfect if you are new to fitness or require more personal attention.
