And just like that summer is upon us and so is our Summer 2019 class schedule! From June 24 to August 18, we will be offering programs such as Intro to Weightlifting, Active Aging TRX and classes like Gentle Yoga.
Schedule release date is Tuesday, June 4. Members can register June 10 and non-members June 17 for the eight week session.
