Are you ready for spring?  We are!  The Spring 2019 program is almost finished and all your favourite classes like Tai Chi and Aerial Yoga are returning. 

We have created a new program called Intro to Running for those who want to add running or jogging to their fitness routine.   Join us for this eight week session - you will see a difference!
