Hard to believe but it fall is almost upon us! Ready to get back to your regular fitness activities (and try some new ones!?)
The programmer has been busy working with our instructors to bring members the best in fitness and recreation activities from September 9 - December 22.
Over fifty hours of drop-in classes will be offered every week and are free for members. Recreation like pickleball and basketball will also return. Small-group and broader registered programs are available to members and non-members at an additional fee.
The fall schedule will be released Tuesday, August 20.
It is divided up into two sessions:
Session 1 September 9 - October 27
Session 2 October 28 - December 22
Members can sign up for Session 1 Registered Programs August 26 and non-members on September 2. Registration can be done in person or over the phone by calling 250 960 6366. Pre-payment is required.
