We know that members and user groups are keen to return to the Northern Sport Centre.

Unfortunately, while the Province of B.C. recently announced its Restart Plan, the question about our re-opening is still unanswerable. 

The Northern Sport Centre Ltd. Board of Directors (a partnership between the City of Prince George and UNBC) has decided it is still in the public interest to maintain the closure of the facility. This is based on the indoor, and close contact nature of activities that take place there.   

Our staff is working on a re-opening strategy that includes cleaning protocols, physical distancing rules and more.

All memberships remain suspended. Memberships and dues will re-start when operations resume, unless a cancellation or hold request was made.
