Seven or more of your company's employees must have active memberships at the NSC to qualify.  Rates can be paid monthly ($53.13) or in full at time of registration. 

To sign up for the Corporate Membership, please bring the following with you:

1. Proof of employment (employee card or pay stub. Block out any personal information).
2. Void cheque or banking information to pay for your monthly dues by Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD). If you do not wish to pay for your membership in full, we require monthly payments through PAD. *
3. Your enthusiasm! Fitness is for you and your health, and there is no better day to start than today!
4. Your first month dues (pro-rated) is paid at the time you sign up.
5. A $10.00 (+ taxes) FOB Access Key fee (non-refundable), applies per person. 
6. Vehicle information for your FREE parking pass (maximum three hours while working out).

Note: There is no initiation fee. You are only obligated to pay for the first three months of your membership. You can cancel your membership after three months without any penalty.
