On Saturday January 13th, Ami Hagiwara and a few volunteer helpers demonstrated how to wear traditional Kimonos and assisted participants in donning Obis by themselves. Despite the exceptionally cold weather during the event, many students arrived to experience wearing traditional Japanese clothing. Please explore some pictures of individuals who took part in the event, and thank you to the volunteers (Nonoka, Nana, Moeno, Mai, Alex and Riko) who helped students to put on the kimonos and obis properly.
