New Campus Food Service Provider Starts August 2020
After an extensive evaluation and negotiation process, UNBC has awarded the Food Services management contract to Dana Hospitality, LLP.
Dana Hospitality operates in 165 locations across Canada, including 21 post-secondary institutions. They bring thirty years of quality, corporate food service to their new role at UNBC.
Dana Hospitality’s focus is on daily customized menus, healthy portions and cooking techniques. Their diverse vegan/vegetarian options will appeal to UNBC employees and students alike. Food is prepared from scratch every day. They use fresh local ingredients sourced from Canadian producers, greenhouse growers and dedicated farmers.
Transition highlights:
- The Agora Dining Hall and Tim Hortons will remain in their current location
- Stackers Market will be renovated, re-named and remain in its current location
- Catering orders will continue to be submitted thru CaterTrax
