Office of Research and Innovation Grant Development Workshop
for researchers at any career stage, from any discipline, and to be relevant to any funding agency.
The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Dawn McArthur, Director, Research and Technology Development, BC Children's Hospital Research Institute. Light refreshments will be provided (participants will be responsible for their own lunch).
Each session can accommodate a maximum of 40 participants. UNBC faculty, research staff, and postdoctoral fellows, as well as Northern Health and BC Cancer Agency researchers are welcome to participate. Graduate students are also welcome to register; however, if space is limited, priority will be given to faculty, postdoctoral researchers, and clinician scientists.
The workshop will be held in-person over two days and is scheduled from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on August 20th and 21st, 2025 at UNBC’s Prince George campus. Participants will be expected to attend both days of the workshop.
Due to the interactive nature of the workshop, participants should plan to attend in person. If participants are located elsewhere and attending the workshop in person is impossible, please contact the Office of Research and Innovation at the contact below for an MS Teams link.
Registration is required. Please use the following link to register before August 1st, 2025: https://forms.office.com/r/HiU7v6SiJR
