Hello students, 

The UNBC Research Ambassadors are hosting a new series on BlackBoard Collaborate, called ‘Research Your Way to Success’ at 1:30 pm on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month. In these interactive video conference meetings, you can tune in to:

  • Learn about discipline-specific pathways to get involved in research.
  • Connect with faculty and fellow student researchers to become more familiar with research opportunities.
  • Learn about the applied benefits of research both on a personal and societal level.
  • Learn about how the skills developed in a regular course can be instrumental in engaging in formal research.

The next session will be on October 9, 2020 at 1:30 pm with special guest Lon Kerr, Senior Lab Instructor and MSc NRES Candidate, where he discusses his journey!
