What is Movement Monday Morning Yoga?

It is an online yoga session hosted by a certified yoga instructor that is free for UNBC students and professors. If this will be your first experience with yoga, don't worry! These sessions are geared toward all levels  of experience!

When is Movement Monday Morning Yoga?

As opposed to in the summer, yoga will now be held at 8 am on Monday Mornings to provide you with the perfect way to start your week!
