Join us for Zumba every Wednesday from 10:45-11:45! Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ ! Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Shandra is a 3yr Group Fitness Instructor, certified with Canfitpro, and has been teaching Zumba since July of 2017. Shandra was the Group Fitness Manager at Steve Nash before the Covid-19 shut down.
She also teaches BollyX, Barre Fitness, Spin certified with Schwinn, and just recently took the training for Full Body Axle and Fully Loaded - an amazing new program that uses a mini barbell for strength training.
