We know what you miss most about being out there - going to yoga of course! So we are bringing yoga to you, quarantine style!

Our first virtual yoga will be Gentle Yoga this Thursday. This is a great class if you are new to yoga or just need to stretch out your body from being all cooped up . This chill class is slow-paced and you will be guided through a meditative practice while building a foundation to improve your strength and balance.

All you need is your mat and props. If you don’t have any props, then a couple of extra blankets or towels will work just fine. If you don’t have a mat, you can totally just do it on the floor, on the blanket or even on your couch! At the end we will give you a super juice recipe that you can easily make as a recovery drink and build up your immune system that we are calling a “quarantinie”.
