Jill Pelto
Canadian "Glaciogenic" Artist

ABSTRACT:  Jill Pelto is an artist and scientist who has been featured on NPR, Smithsonian.com and Vice. Jill’s powerful work focuses on incorporating scientific research and data into paintings to add climate change to everyday discussion and engrain it in our culture. She will be sharing how her interdisciplinary background had prepared her to approach environmental communication in new ways and inspire climate solutions that are meaningful and impactful.

Exhibition dates to view her prints in the UNBC Rotunda:  Oct. 23rd- Nov. 9th
