Mapping Our Values - Social, Historical and Natural, Canadian Cartographic Association annual meeting

The 44th annual Canadian Cartographic Association's 2019 Meeting with the theme: : Mapping our Values - Social, Historical and Natural takes place at UNBC.

The conference is in partnership with the Canadian Institute of Geomatics and the Northern BC GIS Users Group.

The Conference's keynote speaker is Chris Brackley from the Royal Canadian Geographics Society, who will speak about the making of a giant floor map featuring Indigenous Peoples of Canada currently on display in UNBC's Geoffrey R. Weller Library.

The keynote, on Thursday, May 23 at 9 a.m. in Room 7-212, is free and open to the public. The map will be on display  until the end of May.
