BUILDING THE SKILLS THAT CAN CHANGE LIVES
The skills of mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal communication have been useful tools for many wanting to manage how they interact with themselves and the world. The tools you will learn and practice In this brief 5 session group, can be useful whether you are finding yourselves challenged by increased levels of distress and anxiety, struggling to bring your emotions into greater balance, or wondering how to improve your interaction with the people in your life. The “Building Skills” group is an open and revolving group available to all registered students. Come join us to improve your life management.
