Interpersonal Process Group:

Want to improve your relationships or feel better about yourself? Do you desire to connect in a deep and meaningful way with other students? Are you noticing a pattern in your relationships that you’d like to change or understand better? Would you like honest feedback about how you relate to others or the opportunity to practice giving feedback in relationships?

This group will provide a safe, supportive space to explore your relationships with others and practice new behaviours that can ultimately lead to more fulfilling relationships.  The power of this therapeutic group lies in the unique opportunity to receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement and feedback from other individuals in a safe and confidential environment. These interpersonal interactions can provide group members an opportunity to deepen their level of self-awareness and to learn how they relate to others.
