BC Health Research Connection Project Webinar
With only 15% of British Columbians aware of current health and research participation opportunities, but over 70% interested in participating in health research (source: CanadaSpeaks2015, Research Canada), the BC Health Research Connection Project’s goal is to help connect patients and the public to health research opportunities meaningful to them. The project will create a provincial website and platform that will also serve to raise awareness and improve understanding of health research among British Columbians, and help health researchers find potential patient partners and research participants. The platform will be modeled off other programs such as PittPlusMe.org and ResearchMatch.org.
This webinar will give you an overview of what the project is about and how it can help your research. This webinar is intended for health researchers, research program managers and research coordinators.
