A lot has happened since Jonathan gave a presentation to our group in December 2024 (1.5 hour recording available here). As such, we are in for an electrifying update.

Jonathan Peter, a Canadian from Winnipeg, Manitoba and later Victoria, British Columbia, spent most of his life as a specialist in the energy, oil & gas industry.  Since 2001, Jonathan has accumulated ten years in China working with China’s state-owned enterprises, was stationed in Milan Italy working for Shell International and spent three years as the Practice Director for IBM's Industry Center of Excellence in London, United Kingdom. In the 80’s and 90’s Jonathan worked on robotics and tanker truck loading systems in Melbourne, Australia, and at Robotics Systems International in Victoria, British Columbia.  For the past eight years Jonathan has been living and working in China, where he teaches English.
