The Enhanced Forestry Laboratory (EFL) was officially opened in April 2000 and continues to support controlled environment research and teaching activities at UNBC.

Greenhouse technicians work closely with faculty, students, and external users in support of research and teaching initiatives.
A variety of activities are administered by the Greenhouse Technicians.
