The Time Management course provides students with practical techniques for recognizing and resolving key time-wasters, setting boundaries, how to handle interruptions and methods to maximize productivity. The course teaches participants to incorporate these techniques into their daily activities by setting goals and developing a daily action plan that promotes focus, discipline, and creativity. Upon completion, participants will be able to apply a range of time management tools and techniques, develop meaningful goals and objectives, evaluate their own use of time, how to identify areas for improvement and establish their priorities.
