UNBC Continuing Studies’ Supervisor Fundamentals Certificate provides strategies for increasing workplace effectiveness in a conveniently scheduled 10-module program. This program includes contemporary methods of managing your workplace to ensure your employees and operations thrive. Courses introduce you to performance enhancement models to increase your effectiveness and the effectiveness of others around you. Soon you will have the tools to better understand yourself as a leader and advance the skills of your employees.

*Please note: Certificate participants must register for individual courses, and complete all 10 modules to receive their accreditation. If you do not want to complete the certificate but are interested in attending any of the workshops, you may individually register for any of the courses you choose. These workshops are listed in the Courses and Workshops section of our website, under the Supervisor Fundamentals section.
